These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Table Booking Hub website and services (“Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service Table Booking Hub lets you search for restaurants, make and manage table reservations, and allows restaurants to manage their listings and bookings. We act as an intermediary between you and restaurants; we are not a party to your booking contract with the restaurant.
Your use You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or make a booking. You must give accurate information and keep your account secure. You may only use the Service lawfully and must not misuse it or harm other users.
Bookings A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation (e.g. by email). Cancellation and no-show rules are set by each restaurant; check their policy before confirming. Restaurants are responsible for their food, service and premises; we are not.
Restaurants Restaurants must keep their listing and availability accurate and honour confirmed bookings. We may suspend or remove listings or accounts for breach of these Terms or misconduct.
Fees Use of the Service to search and book may be free unless we state otherwise. Any paid features or restaurant fees will be shown before you commit.
Your content and our rights You grant us a licence to use content you submit (e.g. reviews) to run and promote the Service. The Service and our branding remain our property; you may not copy or misuse them.
Privacy How we use your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Rules You must not use the Service for anything illegal, to harass others, to scrape or automate access without permission, or to send spam. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.
Disclaimer and liability The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or that any restaurant will meet a particular standard. We are not liable for loss from your use of the Service or from any booking or visit to a restaurant, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud).

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
